Please note that TECHNICAL papers that are registered before deadline of midnight 13th September GMT will have until midnight Wednesday GMT 15th September to upload the final paper.

1. Papers should be maximum 8-pages in the US letter IEEE double-column format.

The templates for IEEE double-column paper format (8-page or 4-page) for IEEE Conference Proceedings in MSWord and LaTeX can be found at:
  http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/pubservices/confpub/AuthorTools/conferenceTemplates.html.
 
For IEEEtran class in LaTeX, use the following as the first line in your LaTeX source file:
 ▪ \documentclass[10pt, conference]{IEEEtran}
 
Note: with IEEE conferences papers, the author affiliation is listed under the author's name, unlike IEEE transactions papers
