CALL FOR APPLICATION SESSION PAPERS

FINAL DEADLINE EXTENSION (Application Session Papers only, no further extensions will be given):
Registration - September 30th (midnight GMT)
Submission - October 3rd (midnight GMT)

IM 2011 will include an Application Session program. Application Sessions will complement the Technical Sessions with contributions that emphasize practical experiences and lessons learnt in applying, implementing, and deploying management technology. They will focus on aspects such as real-world deployment scenarios, experiences with the management of new services and technology, industrial applications of management technology, implementation examples of new management technology, organizational impact, and business cases. The sessions are particularly aimed at decision makers and experts from industry.

Submissions should be made using the JEMS conference submission system at
https://jems.sbc.org.br/im2011, accessible also via the symposium website at http://www.ieee-im.org/aiappsessions.html.

Papers for the Application Sessions should be written in English. The paper format will be one of annotated slides - papers should have a visual in the upper half of a page and the explanatory text in the lower half. Paper submissions should consist of no more than 15 annotated visuals including title and references, in PDF only. Submitted papers may not be submitted for conference publication, journal publication, or be under review for any other conference or journal.
